When can I expect a response?

How far in advance should I submit an event inquiry?
We recommend submitting event inquiries as early as possible to ensure availability. Private events require a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
When is an event confirmed?
An event is confirmed only after availability has been approved and the required deposit has been received. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation.
Is a deposit required for private events?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure the date for private events. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
When will I receive pricing?
Pricing varies based on date, time, and guest count. Our team will review your inquiry and follow up with availability and pricing details.
Can menus be customized for events?
Menu options may vary based on availability, guest count, and event format. Specific details will be discussed during the planning process.
Catering (Pickup & Delivery)
How much notice is required for catering orders?
Catering to-go orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
Large catering orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
When is payment due for catering?
Full payment for catering to-go orders is due at the time of confirmation.
Is delivery available?
Delivery availability depends on scheduling and location. Our team will confirm details after reviewing your inquiry.

Large Party Reservations
What is considered a large party?
Large party reservations apply to groups of up to 10 guests. Availability depends on date and time.
Does submitting a large party request confirm my reservation?
No. All large party requests are reviewed for availability before confirmation.
What if my group exceeds 10 guests?
Groups larger than 10 guests may require a private event inquiry. Our team will advise on the appropriate next steps after reviewing your request.
